Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

Graduation memories are precious, and your guests trust you with them. This Privacy Policy explains what information GraduateWall collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who We Are

GraduateWall ("GraduateWall," "we," "us," or "our") is a graduation photo-sharing platform operated by BillCore, LLC, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. This policy applies to graduatewall.com and the services we provide through it.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Your Information

4. AI Caricature Photo Booth

When you or your guests use the AI Caricature Photo Booth, a selfie image is processed by a third-party AI image-generation service (such as OpenAI) to create a stylized caricature. These images are used solely to generate the caricature and to save it to your wall gallery. We do not use guest selfies for advertising, and we do not sell them. If you have questions about how a specific image is handled, contact us at [email protected].

5. Your Wall Privacy Controls

Your graduation wall can be kept private with an optional password, so only invited guests can enter and contribute. As the wall owner, you can hide, delete, or approve posts and messages. Guests can contribute photos, videos, audio, and messages without creating an account.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

7. Data Retention

We keep your wall content for as long as your wall is active. During a free trial, your wall stays active for collecting memories. With a paid subscription, your wall remains online as a permanent memory archive the graduate can revisit for years. You may download your content or request deletion at any time.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also manage much of your content and account directly from your dashboard.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure cloud storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your memories and continually improve our protections.

10. Children's and Minors' Privacy

Graduation parties often involve minors, including high school graduates who may be under 18. GraduateWall accounts must be created and managed by an adult (the party host or a parent or guardian). We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

If guests upload photos that include minors, the account holder is responsible for having the right to share those images. If you believe content involving a minor has been shared without appropriate consent, contact us at [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

A note for hosts of high school graduation parties: Because graduates and guests may be minors, please ensure an adult sets up and manages the wall, and consider keeping the wall password-protected so only invited guests can view and contribute.

11. International Visitors

GraduateWall is operated from the United States. By using our service, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have different data protection laws than your own.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.

13. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please reach out at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is provided as a general template and is not legal advice. We strongly recommend having it reviewed by a qualified attorney — particularly the handling of photos that may include minors, the biometric/photo data used by the AI Photo Booth (which can trigger laws such as Illinois BIPA), and any COPPA obligations — to ensure it fits your business and the regions where your users are located.
